Just Rompin' Around

I bought this romper at the beginning of summer and was really hesitant when I made the purchase. I looked at it hanging in my closet numerous times and considered returning it about a dozen or so; however, I am so glad I talked myself out of it! This is probably one of the most comfortable outfits I have ever owned, not to mention extremely easy to style numerous ways! Add on the see through chiffon back detailing and I can't help but swoon!

I first wore it on a plane to Vegas but soon realized that even though rompers are meant to be baggy, they aren't supposed to add 10 pounds to anyone's figure! When I was planning for this post I immediately knew I had to belt it and I think it turned out pretty fab!

When I spotted these leopard loafers at Nordstrom Rack I did a little happy dance inside my head. Then I took a look at the toes and saw the cat details. Needless to say, I am in love and can't wait to wear these everywhere when I go to NYC next month!

Happy Labor Day

Happy Labor Day Y'all!

The holiday weekend has officially worn me out with Beer Olympics, shopping, entertaining out of town guests and enjoying the Beverly Hills VIP high-life for a hot minute. I'll post about all of that wonderful stuff later this week :)

I saw these shorts on another blog (sorry I don't remember which one) and instantly knew I had to have them. They're printed, the perfect length and in one of my favorite colors - turquoise! I ran over to Old Navy to snag these beauties then realized all their shorts were on sale for $7! I simply couldn't just get one pair so I snagged a navy pair seen here as well!

P.S. If you remember anything when you pack to go to the desert, bring a straightner! Otherwise the poof ball below is what will happen.

Sweaters and Lace

Since the weather was a bit chilly this weekend in LA, I figured it was the perfect time to bust out my favorite light knit sweater with a pair of shorts. Flats were a key factor to this outfit to make it casual enough to run errands in, without looking like a slob in sweats! Normally my weekends are jam packed or filled with hours in the car driving back and forth to see Dr. D., but for once I just wanted a lazy Sunday and that is exactly what I had!
