Last Saturday, Dr. D and I went to go check out Miramonte Winery and had the best time! It's a charming vineyard in Temecula, CA and had stunning views. We bought a Groupon deal which gave us 4 wine tastings, a bottle of wine to take home and souvenir wine glasses.
With a bar located on the patio and another inside we took advantage of the different bartenders working and managed to squeeze in 6 tastings rather than 4 and ended up taking home 2 free bottles rather than 1. I felt like I scored a major deal, but just as guilty at the same time.
I made up for it by buying a bottle of wine and giving a more than generous tip. Does this make up for it? Probably not, but in my book it totally evened everything out!
