Month In Instagram: March

March was the kick off of my career going from abnormally busy to completely chaotic. Here's a sneak peek into my life and what all happened throughout March.

Jeff the Cat and I had some serious bonding time. He's going to claw the death out of me when I take that chevron blanket to my new apartment. I swear he thinks it's his!
I received a stunning gown from 1 Dress Co UK to wear to the Oscars!
The Govrnors Ball was completely breathtaking and seeing John Legend perform 2 feet from me wasn't half bad either!
I worked BTS of the "Men of Style" Angeleno photoshoot at Montage Beverly Hills
Saw snow capped mountains in 85 degree weather ... only in California!
Torured Jeff while I watched the Bachelor finale ... oh vey Juan Pablo is a hot mess
Enjoyed a breakfast of champions or a 5 year old. You decide.
Naturally had a green beer (or five) on St. Patty's Day!
Was reassured that A) earthquakes are freaky and B) my friends are the best no matter how far away
Just a typical day at the office ... just this time I was caught in action by the lovely JD of Red Carpet Report
Bacon Bourbon cocktail at the So Cal Blogger Society Brunch .... so yummy!
Attended my first blogger event at Areal restaurant for the So Cal Spring Fling Blogger Brunch
Bottomless mimosas and delicious food y'all!
Dr. D and I celebrated our 2 years at Malibu wines
Went on a dinner date with my ZTA bestie in LA

Month In Instagram: February

The work week is officially at the half way point y'all!

I just want to say how much I appreciated all of the emails and comments after yesterday's post. It's crazy to think that people you've never even met can make you feel so good about yourself. One of the MANY perks of blog land which I'm honored to share with you ladies!

February was a pretty blah month for me. Work was busier than usual; however, I've always thought that January and February tend to fly by as I adjust into the new year. This past month I realized how genuine a lot of my friendships are, how desert can cure anything and that being 25 is actually kinda fun. I can't wait to see what happens in March and for St. Patty's day this weekend!

1. Wearing a skirt that twirls makes any day fun
2. Indulged in my favorite, chocolate chip cookie dough cheesecake
3. Finally got chilly enough to wear my new Everly sweater
4. Received flowers from my sweet Dr. D on Valentine's Day

5. Spent an afternoon catching up on US Weekly in the Coy Pond garden by work
6. Came home to a homemade Italian feast from Dr. D -- man is too good to me
7. Spent my 2 year Friend-iversary with my first CA friend and partner in crime
8.  Received my amazing goodies for the Academy Awards from 1 Dress Co UK

9. Received the Oscar wine at work .... always a phenomenal day
10. Went on a night hike in Pacific Palisades - one of the coolest things I've ever experienced

11. Took the plunge and went blonder than I normally ever do
12. Celebrated Margo's birthday in Culver City
13. Tried Zevia for the first time and am now obsessed!
14. Had my first photo shoot ever at LACMA - thanks again Dana!
15. Had Chips Ahoy send me back the most hysterical tweet I've ever gotten.
Make sure to eat cookies in moderation folks!

I hope everyone has a phenomenal Wednesday. I know I can't wait to enjoy the afternoon with a little more sunshine thank to Daylight Savings!

Oscars and Stylish Tuesday

Happy Tuesday Ladies!!

I attended the Oscars on Sunday for work and had an absolute blast! Seeing so many respectable celebrities be so charismatic and humbled by their awards was truly awe inspiring.

I was running SUPER late for the awards and left my house without the key essentials (ID, money oh and my Oscars credential pass) but did manage to take some photos for this lovely blog. After Dr. D took this fab last minute photos I realized my camera card wasn't in the camera .... FAIL. Clearly I'm running extremely late at this point and managed to squeeze in some shots via my iPhone. Long story short I apologize for the poor quality of these photos.
Also a huge shot out to my roommate for making my hair look amazing!

I was approached by a wonderful company, 1 Dress Co, who offered to make me feel like a princess on my big night. They had a website full of stunning, glamorous gowns and I had the pleasure of choosing one to wear to the Oscars. It was a hard decision but I couldn't pass up on this stunning gown, I mean look at the back!

This week's featured blogger is Rachelle from Pinksole!

Camo will always be on trend in my opinion and Rachelle is rocking this camo jacket! I love how simplistic the whole look is but the way she added a pop of color and a gorgeous pointed heel at the same time was pure genius!

Dressing for the Oscars

One of our main clients finally got the A-Ok that we will be working the Academy Awards once again this year! This was such a fun and exciting moment for me because I had so much fun at the Emmys and all of the pre-parties, but now I get to go to the Academy Awards with Hollywood's elite? Someone pinch me because I'm living a Los Angeles fantasy!

After the inital news shock went away the first thing I thought of was,

"WHAT AM I GOING TO WEAR?!"

I barely pulled a last minute outfit together for the Emmys, so this year I am starting NOW. Brides shop months in advance for their big day gown, so why can't I for the Oscars?!

I stumbled across Prom Dress: The Best Online Shop and instantly fell in love. Not only are their dresses extremely afforabable, but y'all they have had some big time celebrities wearing their stuff. I'm talking Selena Gomez, Anna Kendrick and more! I scanned the website and was amazed by how many stunning gowns they had to offer.

I've narrowed it down to these beauties:

Which dress do you like best? I'd love any and all opinions on this one!
